Ingredients
- 1 1/8 Cups – Milk (warm) – 259 milliliters
- 5 Tablespoons – Unsalted Butter (softened) – 71 grams
- 3 Cups – Bread Flour (not all purpose flour) – 360 grams
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons – White Granulated Sugar – 19 grams
- 1 Teaspoon – Salt – 6 grams
- 1 Teaspoon – Bread Machine Yeast – 3 grams
Directions
- Put the ingredients in the bread machine in the order listed.
- Set the bread machine to the basic white bread setting.
- Press start.
